  1. Yes, that is what I have been doing but the vortex video guides I have watched show users doing it the other neater way, /vortex/{game}/mods, and /vortex/{game}/downloads. I have now just set my downloads dir to /vortex/{game}/downloads/ and I have let vortex create /vortex/{game}/downloads/{game} as it seems the closest I can get to what I am trying to do?
  2. Firstly, I am a Ubuntu user and I am using v 1.1.15 as the Lutris script to install Vortex specifically prompts the user during setup to disconnect from the Internet and disable updates. I would like to create a Vortex directory structure where at the top level there each is {GAME} directory, and inside each one downloads and mods. i.e: skyrimse - downloads - mods fallout4 - downloads - mods With Skyrim SE selected in Vortex, if I set my mods directory to /.../games/tools/vortex/skyrimse/mods this works fine. For downloads if I set the directory to /.../games/vortex/skyrimse/downloads Vortex will then automatically create another directory /.../games/vortex/skyrimse/downloads/skyrimse which seems kind of messy. This is just a minor issue, but if I could make Vortex not create a second skyrimse directory I would like to. Can you tell me please, is that possible with this version of Vortex? PS +1 native linux support. Edit: v 1.1.15, mod can you please edit the title?
  3. Adult NPCs wear hoods when it rains but for me the children do not. I am using RS Children Overhaul and RS Children Patch Compendium. During the Wet and Cold FOMOD I have selected the mesh patch. I have Wet and Cold set to load after RS Children. I have searched for a solution on the nexus forum thread and I am not using scarcity. Is there something else I need to do? Also, I know Wet and Cold automatically disabled the go home feature because I use Immersive Citizens - is there a way to somehow get NPCs to still go home when it rains without breaking either mod? List of my (in progress) mods directory plugins.txt screenshot I have read Killable Children can cause problems with hoods so I now have that disabled that and all other mods bar SSE Engine Fixes, Racemenu, Address Library, Alternate Start, SkyUI, SSE Display Tweaks, USSEP. I then reinstalled Wet and Cold but still in Riverwood, only adults wear hoods?

  5. When choosing to Alternate Start in Riverwood, I let the very first door in the bedroom open and push me against the pot in the corner by accident and noticed the kettle was causing me damage. If I walk into the kettle it causes a lot of damage and vibrates on its own in the corner as in the screenshot. Sometimes it ends up across the room. Often I end up dead with my feet in the pot. I have read this could be due to my playing above 60FPS but I have SSE Display Tweaks installed, and this is my SSEDisplayTweaks.ini. I use a GSync 1440p 144Hz display for my GTX 970, so I have VSync disabled and I had thought the other settings correct? In case some mod was causing the problem I disabled everything except Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, Address Library, SSE Engine Fixes, SSE Display Tweaks, Alternate Start, but this did not help. List of my mods directory. Skyrim.ini. SkyrimPrefs.ini. Is there a way to fix this please?
