there has to be someone who knows why this is happening I've noticed that the textures are actually there but they're transparent, almost invisible makes no sense to me

http://i44.tinypic.com/fxvwht.jpg It's almost invisible compared to the blood on the sword, and it doesn't even show up half the time either. I've already tried changing drivers and reinstalling too. Anyone know why this is happening even though it used to work fine?

It worked in the very beginning, then I installed that Enhanced Blood Textures mod. After that it disappeared, so I uninstalled it and there's not even the default blood on the ground anymore. Do I have to change things in the .ini files or something?
