  1. Has nothing to do with my CPU ROFL! There are just railings that can't be shot through. I even showed it to you in the video where certain things constantly can't be shot through while others can. If you have ever played any games in general this is a common problem where the 3D modeler or developer forget to disable collisions for certain parts of the model or doesn't map out out collision and hitboxes properly. It has nothing to do with my CPU's performance. Go in your game and try shooting the same things I shot at and you will encounter the same thing. Go look at the mod I linked in my first post. It has a bunch of images showing you what causes it. Here are some examples from Fallout NV's models
  2. Sorry for the laggy video. My laptop's CPU isn't as good as my desktop one so OBS tanked my performance pretty hard. Now as you can see there are a whole bunch of different things that have invisible collision meshes. Its not always consistent, as you can see some railings can't be shot through while other ones can. Same with the gaps in the cars. Apparently some picnic tables can be shot through while others can't. Some parts of the car can be shot through but others can't, as you can see you can't shoot out the rear window or sun roof some of the cars. You can't shoot through the window of the truck. Corner piece of the spikey fence, etc... Apparently you can shoot through the chain link fences on the overpass but not others.
  3. Are you playing with a modded game? Cause you might have a mod that changes the meshes in the game. Almost all the gaps in metal railings like on bridges, catwalks, chain link fences, along with picnic tables have invisible hitboxes. I can take my gun and just shoot at the gap and see sparks coming out of the gap I shot at. Cars and buildings also have have like 1-2 inches of invisible corners too.
  4. Anyone know if there is a mod to fix the annoying invisible walls / collision meshes for Fallout 4 like there was in Fallout New Vegas. I am talking about how you can't shoot through like hand railings or picnic tables that have clear and obvious gaps. Gets pretty annoying when you unload 5 rounds and forget that the Raider with 90% of his body exposed hiding behind a picnic table can't be killed due to the invisible hitboxes. Heres the mod I am talking about from FNV. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59149
  5. Was wondering if anyone could make a new or updated auto loot mod? There are basically 2 already but they suffer from the same bug. Auto Loot Enhanced https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42631 Loot Everything https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61634 The bug is that the scripts they use can't detect stacks of items. For instance if you have an ammo box that is 9mm (50). Meaning a box of 50 rounds of 9mm... the auto loot scripts only detect it as 1 item and only gives you 1 round of 9mm when it loots it. I believe the same thing happens when it picks up things like bottle caps also... I noticed this bug when starting a new game with Milenia's weapon mods... and was wondering why the heck would they only give me 3 rounds of whatever ammo to test a gun when I used auto loot mods to pick up the starting items in Doc Mitchell's house. Then I realized when I turned off auto looting that the boxes of ammo had 50 or 100 rounds each in them, its just that auto loot counted each box of ammo as 1 round. So instead of getting 150-300 rounds of ammo I got 3 rounds due to auto loot script's bug. You can also test this yourself... install one of the auto loot mods. Turn off auto looting via MCM / Hotkey then drop x amount of ammo greater than 1. Then turn on auto loot and you will see you will only get exactly 1 round back instead of x amount of ammo. I like the Loot Everything mod's cheat concept of where you can chose for it to auto stash into magical container else where and being able to access it via hotkey... but at the same time that mod is very poorly designed in the sense that you can't limit what items you want it to loot, and has a bizarre infinite looting range by default... While the Auto Loot Enhanced mod works just fine in most regards minus the stacks of items bug, though having to manually add items to the level lists outside the game is not fun. Would really like to see a similar Auto Loot mod like this one from Towawot in Skyrim. Where you can set up looting range, set value to weight ratio, exclude locations from being looted, add and remove items to loot list in game, loot by category... 6. If you use Extensible Follower Framework you can remove spells from your followers, and teach them other ones. If you are still using Ultimate Follower Overhaul I remember there was an option to set your followers to be passive until attacked, which could help mitigate some of the annoyance. The last alternative is that you can use Tesedit and edit the ESP file and remove icespike spell from the character. Edit: But yeah I hate the ice spike spell also. It the silliest looking spell in the game cause there is just a just ice spike sticking out of your head... like someone had a giant ice spike like that in there body, they should obviously be dead... it like taking a 20 mm flak cannon round to the head.
  7. Dawnguard Vampire Corps https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/80726 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22555 So I use to these mods without any problem for a couple years, till a while ago when Unofficial Patches version 2.0.8 was released where they did some wonky unnecessary hardcore enforcement of not allowing the Dawnguard to be followers of players who were Vampires. Before Unofficial Patches 2.0.8 you could get the Dawnguard to be your followers through various methods... such as using console commands, mods like the one shown above, or through Extensible Follower Framework (EFF) with the force anyone to be a follower option in the MCM. But now with current version of USLEEP (and any Unofficial Patches after version 2.0.8), whenever you try any method of getting the standard vanilla Dawnguard followers (Agmaer, Beleval, Celann, Durak, Ingjard) to be your follower... they will have either of these 2 issues... 1. Where they will gain follower status and dialogue (through console command or EFF)... but then will just stand still and refuse to follow you. or 2. They will just tell you to constantly go away when you try to talk to them. So can anyone update the Dawnguard Vampire Corps mod and reverse affects the Unofficial Patches, or make a new mod that does all the following; 1. Allow you to join the Dawnguard as a Vampire... or at least stay as Vampire after going to Soul Carin without the Dawnguard telling you to go away. 2. Allow you Dawnguard to talk and interact with you like normal after Soul Carin. 3. Allow the Dawnguard to follow you like normal after Soul Carin or after you finished the battle at Castle Volkihar
  8. Thanks! I will see if that works. Cause the odd thing about killing npcs on the crucifixes is that you don't get any exp or anything such as karma or reputation for doing so. But if you kill one then use the console command and resurrect them... you suddenly get exp from them. So hopefully its simple as you suggested, otherwise guess I am going to have to scrape through scripts.
  9. Can anyone help me out with GECK for FNV... trying to create a mod to give karma for mercy killing people who have been crucified, but even when I set their alignment from neutral to evil... nothing happens? I even checked the little Evil box in the crucified faction tab. If I have to set up a trigger or script for how do I do that? Cause when I searched the *All section by typing in Karma, nothing useful shows up... just the sounds, the help messages, and the Karma variables that can't be edited or open.
  10. Yes I tried back in February... Its been nearly 7 months. No response.
  11. I haven't actually done any modding in skyrim... but if you know where the script file is for the get out of jail free card... couldn't you just do a dirty edit and just delete the variable that checks for what stage the variable is at, or give the value it checks as some unacquirable number like 3? Like if the condition was: Getoutofjailfree variable 0<1>2 just change it to like Getoutofjailfree variable 0<1>3 Or just remove the lines that sets the variable to 2.
  12. I am using the Better Vampires mod... so... I need something that doesn't change the vampire system too drastic... Cause in the Dawnguard Vampire Corps mod... all the author did was change their behavior hostile dialogue to the normal dialogue if you were already part of the Dawnguard and had retrieved Auriel's bow.
  13. Can someone make a new mod that forces the Dawnguard to behave friendly like normal if the player becomes a Vampire after joining the Dawnguard. I use to use a mod call "Dawnguard Vampire Corps" that did exactly what I am requesting, except v2.0.8+ USKP broke it... As you can see from USKP's change log below The original mod author of Dawngaurd Vampire Corps isn't active anymore so he isn't going to update his mod.
  14. So Cass by accidentally died in my game... I accidentally killed her in Birds of a Feather and I used the console to resurrect her. When I get to the end of the game I used the console to reset the Birds of a Feather quest and I still get in the ending slide show that Cass is dead, despite the fact that she is alive since I resurrected her as previously explained. Does anyone know how to reset Cass's death flag in the game? I even redid the entire Birds of a Feather quest from the start up to stage 45 of it, the part where you are suppose to bring Cass to Jean Baptise. When I talk to him the game still thinks shes dead already even though she is alive and standing right in front of him.
  15. Does anyone know of a mod that adds Starvation and Dehydration without all the other aspects of Hardcore? I am casual player so I don't want all the other stuff added by hardcore mode... I know there are mods that remove certain parts of hardcore mode but I haven't been able to find one that removes just sleep.
