I did run a clean Skyrim through steam and mod organizer before modding. I also ran SKSE without anything in the load order. Looks like elemental destruction magic was the issue. I'm guessing it was a conflict with ordinator given that they both edit the magic perks. Oh well. Thanks for the help!

When running SKSE on Skyrim Special Edition through MO2 it starts up, the command window opens for a split second, then the game fails to startup and MO2 unlocks a few seconds after. I'm lost at this point. I've tried everything i can think of, which admittedly isn't that in depth. Ran as an administrator, added a bashed patch, load order sorted, Nahimic deactivated, form 43 plugins converted to form 44.
