I don't use SSE/MO2, I use LE and the old NMM. But I'll try to help you. First, for physics you need FNIS. If you don't know how to use FNIS just read the desc, its not hard u should just go to Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users and update fnis behavior after every animation. When you preview the body in bodyslide what does it look like? If it looks good in bodyslide it means when you build the body, it doeson't overwrite your files so you have to do it manually. I recommend you to reinstall the bodyslide and select CBBE options and try to launch bodyslide manually.
