I think it started when I went into that pirate guys tomb on solstiem and got his two swords. Then Serana started to display the walking animation but doesn't move or looking like she is stuck on something. She'll teleport to me every once in a while, like when enemies show up. Currently I'm in the Dawnguard quest "beyond death" and am at Serana's mother (Dawnguard side). Whenever Serana initiates the conversation with Valencia, Valencia just says "Serana? is that you?" and then nothing happens. I use boss for my mods, they are in order.
