We tested it naked, but her Heavy Armor skill IS 10 points higher then mine, note, this is when you go to CRAFT the item, not actually wearing it.

Its at 100, my girlfriend ranked it to 100 also, and when I make daedric armor, the base defense is 118. When she crafts it, the base defense is 120. What gives?

Well, I'm just started 'modding' in oblivion and I'm following the tutorial, but I'm not sure if I have the basis of 'dirty mods' and I'm wondering if someone can help me out and tell me if my mod is a dirty mod, and what is 'dirty' about it? I'm following the CS tutorials and on part 2, just finished making an extra basement. Here is the mod. There is a book located in the The Oak and Crosier Tavern in Chorrol, this is located directly straight when you enter through the South Gate. When you enter, you go up the stairs and there should be a bookcase, one of the books reads "A Rock that Leads to A Empty Cell".
