Please disregard this post now. I solved the problem. My security software was stopping the .exe from launching.

I felt like playing New Vegas today, but when I click on my NVSE launcher, nothing happened. Nothing. At all. No error messages or anything. I went and replaced all the files for NVSE from Silverlock, for I though it was just a corrupt file or something, and nothing is still happening. I need help please.

I found the source of my problem. SKSE 1.6.16 only runs on Skyrim v 1.9.32.0 and I have 1.9.32.0.8.

SKSE and SKYUI are both properly installed on my laptop and are in my NMM but when I run SKSE through the SKSE loader the error message that SKSE was not detected by SKYUI keeps popping up and my mods are not running either, even the ones that don't require the script extender the. I'm running SKSE V 1.6.16 and the most updated version of SKYUI, downloaded from the nexus, on Skyrim v 1.9.32.0.8. Any advice?
