    Does anyone know of a mod that makes the no witness aspect of crimes work? I've been playing Skyrim for a long time and regardless of if I'm completely alone in a room with an NPC, killing them will give me a bounty regardless of whether or not there were actually any witnesses. I know there are cheat engines to get rid of bounties, but I don't want to go down that path. I just want to play it in a way that makes sense- no witnesses, no bounties.

    I downloaded a few mods using Vortex. All of them downloaded properly and are enabled in Vortex. When I run Skyrim and check the little mods tab, they are listed there. But none of them appear in my game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
