Hello. I'm just wondering if there is a mod that makes your body visible in first person. For example, if you looked towards the ground, you could see your legs. I know they had one for Oblivion. And I tried search function, but quite frankly I don't know what they would call it. Thanks in advance.

I noticed that this weekend Fallout 3 is 50% off through Steam. I was wondering if having Fallout 3 on steam is at all detrimental to gameplay/playability and also moddability. Thanks ;)
