So, I reloaded a save, one from before i messed with perk mods (swapped from Vokrii which i use to another one, then back to Vokri as i manually reset my skill points for it and wanted to test and see what one i liked) and my feeding seems to be working like how it always did before, feeding from behind on someone walking kills them (unless they are in combat and seen me once, which was normal for me) and corpse feeding works fine. Guess ima go through the lost vale again and pray it does not happen again. Will assume the perk meddling caused it but just to be safe i am going to be saving more often with manual saves and watching for the same signs again.

I recently started playing again after taking a break, right off from my old save, with none of my mods or anything being touched during the time, and everything working perfectly fine before. Now, for some reason, with the proper settings enabled and whatnot, feeding on someone from behind and biting them on the neck, or corpse feeding animations are failing to play right or even feed. At first they stopped animating but WOULD feed, but now they just do not, and if i spam the option to feed enough i become unable to interact with anyone or anything and can not sheath or unsheath weapons. Messed with FINS and or my load order, nothing seems to fix it. I am baffled as i did nothing to my skyrim or my mods at all and it was fine before, but just, stopped working right? Can not find much online about it so seems like i am screwed for the time being.

Same boat here, just a Skyrim issue never resolved. Never found a fix and only found this, and another form post about it, nothing else so far atleast.

I have the same issue and as far as I am aware it is just a Skyrim issue. I have never found a fix online or any other mention of it, it just makes your left hand spell in first person skyrocket to the top of your screen when charging a staff, and then lower back to your hand when you stop or fire. Really annoying but only fix i can seem to find is not use a staff, or use non charge staffs which uh, is basically all of them other then the low level destruction ones or some special ones. Hopefully there is someday a fix for staff users, being I enjoy using staffs for destruction and get mods to make them more interesting/better, and everything else by hand.
