Basically from looking at the recent nexus gpu reviews for the 3080, it's clear that the asus TUF has the best cooling in a noise normalized test. but are those tests with the gpu at 100% useage? I don't plan to OC my gpu, I simply want to have the gpu with least amount of noise possible, while keeping my gpu under 70C when at 100% useage for long periods. Though ideally I'd rather buy EVGA for the customer support.
