    Whenever i try to use fnvedit or install a mod with NMM or FOMM i get this error (Cannot create file "C:\Users\Jw\AppData\Local\FalloutNV\Plugins.fnvviewsettings". Access is denied.) I tried to removing the "read only" from the whole FalloutNV folder but that doesn't work. I attached some of the tracelog folders I already ran these programs as administrator and i have no idea what the issue with everything is, any help is appreciated.
