  1. So Cyberpunk 2077 has become my new hyper-fixation recently, and my experience playing the game made me realize something that I really, really want as a gamer. Before the awesome Batman Arkham games, there was a tie-in game for the film "The Dark Knight" in the works, before it was scrapped and we got the Arkham games instead. Pretty fun, entertaining games, sure, but not quite the same as being to explore Chris Nolan's Gotham. Since starting to play Cyberpunk 2077, I started really enjoying biking around on motorcycles, although I feel a little guilty scuffing up a certain someone's motorcycle because the way I drive results in occasional crashes (sorry, hermano). But biking has made me really crave a mod that would add the Batpod from "The Dark Knight" into the game. I think the industrial look of it wouldn't stand out too much in the setting, and the tire-flipping when braking for a quick turn would be really cool to see in-game. A quick Google showed me that this mod doesn't exist yet, so I figured I'd post this request to see if anyone was interested in developing the mod. I don't have the skill set to make the mod myself, nor am I inclined to develop such code, so I thought I'd throw this request out into the digital aether to see if anyone was inclined and interested to do so!
  2. Hmmm... maybe then forget this request. Clearly, I have been imbibing too many of them, myself (or not enough, as the case may be).
  3. Is it just me, or does the Vanilla way to improve your Alchemy skill seem rather limited? I seem to vaguely recall that Oblivion allowed players to improve their Alchemy skill when harvesting and eating ingredients. Either that, or I've sampled one too many of my own products (mmmm, mushrooms!). In any event, I think that there should be a mod that does just that - grant a reasonable amount of experience (considering how many ingredients are out there to be harvested) for harvesting ingredients, and slightly more for eating ingredients, but only if a new effect for that ingredient is found. Nexus, make it happen!
  4. I don't know if it alters the damage done by Bound weapons, but Invested Magic does the job, and then some. Basically, any spell that has a set duration (Mage Armor, Bound Weapons, conjured creatures, etc.) it lets them last indefinitely, reducing your Magicka by a certain amount when it does. GREAT mod. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11397/?
  5. Do some of us have an obsession of the dragons in various stories and games? Yes, yes, we do. Do some of us actually enjoy these stories, films and games MORE when dragons are involved because of this obsession? Yes, yes, we are. And by "someone", I mean me. That being said, what I propose is exactly what I think Skyrim requires: MOAR DRAGONS!!! Specifically, a mod that includes some of the more famous dragons from popular culture would be a cool mod to have. No longer would you be restrained to specific dragons only taking place in one story or another. As Dragonborn, you can crush ALL of the dragons from various imaginations! These may require either mild recolering of specific dragons to dramatic retexturing, as some of them may not quite fit the current dragon models, and need modification to make them more faithful to their original incarnations, as well as aesthetically unique, All will definitely retooling their statistics, making them more powerful in order to stand out from the generic dragons you kill throughout the game, and each new dragon would be dropped at random points of the map. The following is a list of the dragons I would like to see included as a part of this mod: Smaug, from "The Hobbit." Whether or not the mod creator is inspired simply by the book's description or the current film is entirely up to them (both are good). Bahamut from the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy IX may be the easiest to translate into Skyrim, aesthetically, if the "arms" Bahamut has in that game are ignored. Tiamat from the Dungeons and Dragons game series. This one will probably be the hardest, as it will require (at the least), adding four more dragon heads onto a single body (which should probably be oversized), and adding the capability for each head to bite and Shout independently of each other. This should probably be the strongest dragon within this mod for this reason alone. The Dragon from Beowulf (may as well call it Beowulf, for the sake of a dragon having a name). Draco from Dragonheart. Voice-acting to give the dragon's Shouts a Sean Connery accent will allow this mod to win the internet. Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon. This dragon's Shout animation should do different types of damage, but always look like that cool lightning-atomic breath he has in the film. This is just a short list, and could be added to by others. Cheers!
  6. In Skyrim, we learn a moderate amount about dragons. Namely, they can destroy an entire town (see: Skyrim's tutorial quest), heavily armored, all of their limbs are deadly, and their very Voice can tear men apart. We learn that they're slavers that once ruled over the world, that the Dragon Cultists held the most sway over the servant races, and that the Dragonborn is the only thing that can kill them. But other than that, what do we really know ABOUT them? I'd like a quest that allows people to understand the culture of the dragons, their psychology and perhaps even give more insight to the Dragonborn themselves. I'm thinking of a fairly big Lore-Friendly questline that helps the Dragonborn delve into the more Dovah part of themselves. After all, if you can opt to spare a couple dragons in the main quest line, why can't you pursue your more draconic instincts? Part of what I'm imagining for this includes a new way of "soul-trapping" similar to the Conjuration spells, although instead of using the souls to enchant items or improve Shouts, they would give you custom spells that would grant you Draconic abilities. This may or may not require adding a new Spell tree; I'm uncertain. The point of this questline would be to make a more specific choice about the type of Dragonborn a player would want to play - either one that learns how to combat Dragons more effectively or how to emulate more Draconic powers, perhaps even fundamentally transforming themselves in the process. Another thing I'm thinking of as a part of this questline would be deciding whether to prevent - or lead - a rebellion a Dragon Cult army (led by Dragon Priests) against the Holds of Skyrim. I would be willing to help with ideas and writing for this, as well as voice acting, but I have no experience in actually creating mods, which is why I'm posting this here.
