my follower still wont follow me

I am in need of help to create a custom follower for skyrim. 1.how do i make the npc be friendly to stormcloaks? 2.is there a way to fix the head and body seam? 3.how many spells can the npc have to cast? and how do i make the npc randomly cast all if possible the spells? 4.what factions does the npc have to be in to be a follower? 5.what ai packs do i need to put in to have the npc be a fully working follower and possible marriable npc? 6.also how does spell sword work? will the npc engage with spells first till enemies get to close? and is it better then a spell caster? i am looking for a mainly mage type but able to do melee. 7.how can i make the follower be summonable and set a optional time limie before unsummoning? 8. how do i make the npc follow me and be a follower? more questions will be posted as i try to get the best i can pnc made and thank you to thos who respond to this and helping.

i know some maybe into styleing there chartator in skyrim and some dont.But i was wondering if there was anyone willing to make it so there is a npc that sells just the arm armor of daedric ebony and other? and you could get it for your right arm or left arm or both.

thank you now the npc is not randomly attacking but now i have a problem with trying to trade with the npc/follower and haveing them follow me fixed it

I am in need of some help with a bow that i am trying to make fire a scatterd cluster of arrows ( if possible) i think if there is away to change the accuracy it may do it but i dont know how.Also how would i beable to make arrows explode on hit? i am trying to keep it vanhilla if possible. also what do i do to make my new npc not attack everyone and everything? and be allied to the stormcloaks?and use more then just 3 or so spells if that is possible. Edit: There is a texture problem where the head does not match the body skin any tips or help? i hope someone can help please and thank you.
