i was not running as administrator and the mods i were using were compatible. is there anything else you can suggest? EDIT: i found out the problem, thanks so much for your help!

I have installed and enabled some mods for skrim special edition and they are not showing up ingame. the mods are set to deploy when enabled. i am enabling them on a saved game that has not had mods on it before. i would appreciate any assistance.
