After reading the post that was below this about low fps. Their suggestion to drop Project Reality, fixed it. Wow what a difference.

As the title says. I'm sure this is a mod problem. I have no idea where to start. My rig should handle all the mods. I did a clean save with only FNV and the DLCs loaded. I got a steady 60- 65 FPS in the wastelands, but when I enabled the mods, I lost every thing that I had , no house, van or armor. An it went back to 2.9 to 3 FPS. I'm using the 4gb exe and ENB (just for the ENBoost). NMC's texture medium mod. Running the graphics setting on high. Tried to get Fake fullscreen to work with 4gb exe but no luck. Weapons of the New Millenia I only used 6 weapons out of this mod. Can someone help me fix this problem? Thanks. Ty Sorry I don't know how to do the spoiler thing so this isn't so long. As stated in the title FNV has a 10 to 12 min load time. Also if I die or try to load a save while in game it stops responding. I'm wondering what , if anything, in my load order would cause this? I'm using the 4Gb exe and ENB Boost, the ini file that is on the nexus. I can not get the 4Gb and the Fake Fullscreen to work together. I can give the specs to my rig if needed. Also some times my mouse button and key pushes don't make what is set to that key happen, Thanks for your time. FNV is taking like 4-5 mins to load. I can run 4g exe but not with fake full screen exe. In the game my frame rates are low and I get a slight pause when i move (like take 2 steps pause , feels like a sutter). I am having problems with muffle. When I try to disenchant something with muffle on it, the game tells me I already know that enchanment. It however does not show up on my list of enchanments. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Ty
