Hey, my skyrim game wont load past the boom of the Bethesda screen with any mods installed but without them it works perfectly even launches from the SKSE launcher I created. I bought the game on steam. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you :-)

Hey guys and gals sorry for the weird question but is there a way for me to transfer my mods from my original PC to my new one with nexus mod manager using the same account? as opposed to re-installing each one?? almost like a sync contacts action. If you have any help it would be much appreciated thank you for your time.
