I'm trying to create my first mod finally.. I looked around and could not find one that did what I wanted. I want to make it so Whiterun is non-agro to the player in werewolf form. I found in the creation kit a bunch of 'crime' and 'faction' entries that often reference player werewolf as enemy, and can be changed to neutral, friend or ally. However, doing this doesnt actually seem to work. I change to werewolf and walk up to town and they still agro. I noticed there is also a werewolf alarmist list and werewolf hate list that is separate from the factions (but includes those factions in its settings) Maybe I need to delete from there? Is there some trick to making faction changes like this?
