Hi all FNV nexus users! I thinking to share this how to get FPS higher than 30 on fallout nv. I searching for days how to get my fps bigger than 30 and every pages has different solutions so i think combine all advices to one topic. Finally i found a answer to working FPS increase and i share it there if someone have the same problem. Sorry bad english im from finland, but i hope you understand something. I got this installed: -FNV4gb: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35262/? -FOSE: http://fose.silverlock.org/ -NVSE: http://nvse.silverlock.org/ - Radeonpro (this is not needed to increase fps, working only ATI cards) - d3d9.dll for ati: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34970/? - Stutter remover: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34832/? - +200 mods GUIDE STARTS: - Fallout.ini file changes (ini files is on My documents/my games/FalloutNV and Fallout install location where is FalloutNV.exe: Change Fallout.ini: iPresentinterval=1 to iPresentinterval=0 This dont help FPS maybe, but prevent game freezing and crash: Change Fallout ini: bUseThreadedAI=0 to bUseThreadedAI=1 and add another line after iNumHWThreads=2 And Last, this finally increased my fps 30+ I got main menu FPS 190 and game with 200+ mods my fps increased 30 to 80 This have 2 choices: - Search your fallout main folder "stutter" if you remove it all fps increased and not cause damage to game. - BUT better solution is to open file "sr_Fallout_Stutter_Remover.ini" and there is lines MaximumFPS = 30 MinimumFPS = 10 Change those to FPS you wanted, i Use: MaximumFPS = 666 MinimumFPS = 28 and Done!

downloading and installing D3D9 dll for ATI helps a lot my fps. now its a 30 very often. i got one problem i start a new game and all mods working good, but after sunnys practice quests trudy is missing and always going near to the saloon game crashes = cant talk to trudy and complete quest, because his missing. problem solves after all mods unactive (two mods only enabled Fallout character overhaul and more perks because i need it the beginning of game) i played sunnys quest with no mods activated and trudy appear to saloon. then save game at the saloon where trudy is, then activating all rest of mods and his no more missing in the game. and now game working perfectly.

I use boss and uninstalled NVEC, dd enchanged blood textures, and unactivated plugin FCO-Onholyservicebound, Mission mojave and unactivated vurts WTO. now game works wirhout errors, only FPS sucks sometimes it on 30 and drop 5 sometimes

Hi all! Im trying to days get many mods working together. Game working, but some mods enabled various characters and items show red exclamation mark error sign. I disabled NVEC and those problem gone, i got all nvec compabtility patches but them dont help. Sorry if my english is bad because im from finland. I put my mod load order list this post, some mods is not active but i trying get them all working together (some compabtility patches is mods what im not installed, i know them not allowed active because i dont got these mods), if somebody knows better load order changes or something what can help me.
