I haven't really had time to put in the effort to learn how to do this, unfortunately. Would it be easier to just commission someone to make this, assuming it's even allowed? Money is a pretty powerful motivator.

I'd need to reinstall MGSV but I'm interested in getting started. I don't have any experience modding MGSV though.

Would it be possible for someone to make a configurable damage scaling mod for Infinite Heaven that multiplies all damage by a set amount? Infinite Heaven does have the option for configurable scaling of everyone's life bars, but it doesn't affect vehicles or bosses, IIRC. I'd rather have a universal damage multiplier that can be configured from something like 0-650%, just like the life scaling options in Infinite Heaven. I'd like a configurable damage scale because it would be more "universal" than life scaling options that don't seem to affect bosses or vehicles. I know other mods exist that have damage scales like The Ultimate Phantom Pain Mod or Hardcore Mod, but those are likely not compatible with Infinite Heaven.

2K Forums won't help, so I'm moving it to here. I would have posted this on 2K Forums if it wasn't for the fact that they physically block you from posting in the "support" section by giving you a "URL Not Found" error every time. How does a simple game launcher manage to break this spectacularly? I have Enemy Within, and the launcher never pops up. This isn't exactly a new or recent issue, actually. I've had this problem for a full year now, and have been lurking on this forum looking for anything. I gave up on fixing my XCOM 6 or so months ago, and deleted it. As of this month, I tried to reinstall X-COM and give it a go. Launcher still never pops up. The game never does a "First time setup". I tried: Reinstalling Verifying files Deleting all the files and then verifying 2K Support Steam Discussion I also suspect Steam Family Sharing and Steam Cloud somehow broke it, as right after I shared the game with another account and tried to play it on that, the launcher never showed up again. My computer ran this game flawlessly for years until the launcher decided to commit suicide, so thats probably a yes to "Does your computer meet the minimum requirements?"

My computer died last week, so I cant test anything. The power supply or PSU crapped out.

I keep crashing on the Strip(Area with the Tops casino) unless I dismiss/kill all my companions. Once I finally do enter, the Securitrons all try to kill me and theres a panicking Female NCR with an old cowboy hat that spawns RIGHT ONTOP of me when I enter. This seems to be causing the constant crashes. Do I need both "Freeside Open Patches"? One comes with Freeside Open, the other comes with The Inheritance. I also use New Vegas Bounties, but I already have the patch to make it work with Freeside Open. Could someone give Sid Meier his original powers(Every PSI ability including rift) for Enemy Within? He got nerfed bad in Enemy Within(Only has one "tree" of PSI powers instead of all of them at once). Why a cheat code would be nerfed, I will never know. Could someone modify him so that he has all PSI powers at once in EW like he did in EU? Atleast I still have Otto Zander and his 100 hp. It would be frustrating if his 100 hp got nerfed to 1 hp.
