this may be something similar to what happened with the 1.7 patch, it caused several people to have these random crashes with no way to replicate or cause them reliably or with any sort of pattern. also the issue seemed to stop entirely when they finally allowed the game to use and recognize larger system memory larger than 2 gigs. I recently installed a new video card and some ram that has four gigs of memory so it shouldn't be having this issue. Ive seen several threads both here and on the official game site about others having this exact same issue, and I myself have proven that it has nothing to do whatsoever with any mods which we install. I have also had all my papyrus logs checked for any issue that should at least give a clue as to why it keeps crashing and came up empty there too. so i am officially stumped here i have even run a clean unmodded and absolutely removed of any contributory reason for these random crashes, and yet still nothing. this is a base game problem but all anyone want to do is point fingers and say its either user error or some mods fault. good luck convincing anyone otherwise I gave up.

this may be related to my problem. I'm having the same issue since the latest update the official 1.9 one. the crashes happen completely random and no clear attempts to troubleshot work at all. I reinstalled too, but here is the weird thing. your load order does not have to do with the issue I've eliminated it because I unsubscribed to all my steam mods but kept them so I could retrace and reacquire them later. I then also removed all nexus mods as well, so basically I purified my game to the basest of basic down to only official Bethesda content only this means mods are completely unresponsive for this problem. this also means that its an issue on the companies end. i then tried to figure this out through steam itself and verified my game cache, guess what happened it had to reacquire one file, I thought OK well problem solved right? wrong issue persisted, so I then ran and verified my game cache again same result, so just to be thorough I did it twice IN A ROW BACK TO BACK and found something really odd. It had to reacquire the same file both times and keep in mind this on a pure unmodded version of the game so something steam is doing to the game is deleting the file that causing the crashes.

well, I had this really great epiphany moment the other day when checking out all the player home improvement mods the other day. there are thousands of them, face it one things most of the modders do first, is modify their homes. I'm not at all saying anything against it either. anyways, I'll get to the point. I was wandering around my as of yet unfurnished Breezhome the other day, it's the one property which I have so far left vacant since Hearthfires came out. and I seriously had an idea about it. what if I could buy properties for other intents than living in them? wouldn't Breezhome make the perfect storefront? The shape and design of that place, would be perfect for the loot box profit sink. look at that huge property in solitude as well, wouldn't that make the perfect place to rent out for an inn? and once you apply this philosophy to all player ownable properties, think of the possibilities. you mite even use these otherwise useless properties for less business oriented purposes. maybe you would be interested in a nice headquarters for that faction or guild your supporting or in some cases running yourself. think about it anything goes. I think this mite be doable on a much smaller and property by property basis over time but it seems possible. if i could get the CK to work for me, long story short, I just aren't any good with the damned confusing thing anyway. I'd spend time making it myself, but I thought maybe at the very least, I should throw this "IDEA" to the wolves, and see what comes out of it. so if you've read at least this far why not go ahead and consider it.

In the process of looking one up after posting earlier, I actually found one that looks like they did just that. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13561 they are named something different, but basically it is pretty much the same thing. I would like to see one that takes the tail off the steam one though and puts it on that one i like the body of the steam one but the face is not only ugly, it's plain "FUGLY".

I've seen several other thread's request lore friendly underwear, and almost always they get the same answers. either use one of the body texture replacers, or try the cheap ones around the nexus. I'm looking for something specific so I'll go ahead and tell what im not looking for first. either they say there are ones like this http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25389 that adds equipable underwear. But, this one is by far nowhere near lore friendly and as much as the mod maker will promote it, it just dosent work if you want them without spending the cost of a house. its just not what I'm looking for so please think about it before sugesting anything like it. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29561 this mod also adds some equipable underwear, and yes it is somewhat considerable as "lore Friendly, but I found it lacking in options and no matter what it always clipped through any and all clothing or armor I tried it with, even though I also tried it with the mods it was suposedly made to fit. because the body mod it was also made for has updated to something that was just slightly off enouph to obsolete this one. which was upsetting to say the leas, but the mod's maker abandoned it too and wont update a fix for it. so I had to pass on it. now that you see what I dont want, I'll get to the point, I want something specific. I want the exact same underwear that comes with http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2666 as a wearable and equipable item just like the two mods Ive posted above. I just would like to see it in game and possably in multiple colors, and maybe some alternate styles like a thong or other such types. ive seen so many other mods that do near what I want, but they arent close enouph so I figured if I just got specific enouph maybe someone would do it.

i have one simple request. "Lilmothiit" there is already one available on steam http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=122275037&searchtext=canine but it has the ugliest face and the maker had abandoned it half finished it seems so i guess its just not going to ever see the light of day. i liked the race and the lore behind it, but its sad that it was unfinished.

I've had a real issue with using the search function for the site's files section, but for some reason the forum's search is working fine. i have no idea how or where to report this on the forums as there seems to be nothing that pertains to the site or issues with it. I'm not having this issue ironically with the other sites from the nexus network only with the Skyrim part. mostly the forums seem to be for the game, and not the site itself.
