You don't need bones when editing meshes, or the meshes don't need to be rigged. Only weight paint is needed. There are import fixes for Blender, and the dae-conversion is no longer needed. (Blender 1.76 is easiest, 2.8 still messes up normals, but that's only concern for skin meshes really) Allways delete all LOD's but the lod0 and rename all materials to material0 (instead of material0.001) We have multiple asset modders in https://discord.gg/8RSvSMQ if you want a better channel to ask for help. -

There are two methods that are most easy. 1) Use facts, addfact can add any type of string in it, you can delete facts and the query format can return values from none existing to 1...n. 2) Make a container that is invisible or hidden. It can contain specific information (entities) and would be saved. However this would be mostly good for world dependant things as the container would be in that specific world. -
It's possible. Easier to switch in-game assets to something else, but new is not of the books. They do not need this painstaking weight painting. Use my (or Jatodudes for 2.8 ) Blenderfix https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3485/ for importing and exporting meshes. There's also an outdated import_export tutorial on nexus, but basically we don't need visual basic weight transfer workaround fix anymore.

Start with WolvenKit, peak inside already made menu mods. (But don't use their assets without permission) If I recall correctly these menu mods need video files that are encoded for bink or something. -
They can't be merged, other than by hand.

The file is in miscellaneous section. 1.31 and 1.32 are identical as scripts go.

The problem is not the animations, but more like to have the correct spots. Animation can be played 360 degrees, and more even, so how would one tell the game that which way should the animation play... -

If you: 1) are a hardcore gamer, choose Witcher 3 Enhanced Edition, this will be hard but satifying. No leveling system what so ever. Skill progression is tied to what you use. 2) like more of vanilla experience, Use Ghost Mode and set Enemy scaling to Match and tweak difficulty for your taste. 3) want JUST enemyscaling and not anything else use ESGO - Enemy Scaling and Gameplay Overhaul -
