I keep crashing without any errors or bad messages in my ini, whenever I enter cities when playing as a Ningheim. Any ideas what the hell could be going on? Here is my load order:

I've tried for hours fixing this problem, but the distant land ( terrain, rocks and mountains) and tree textures still look really poor quality and a bit shitty... http://imgur.com/sovzidz&xSr7XPk&y6CSDz4 As you can see the trees and terrain and distant mountains look exceptionally poor. ;_; I don't know if any ini edits could fix this issue, but I can't find anyway to improve their quality. Anyone have any ideas on how to improve their quality or fix this issue?

I think interesting npcs added him. Maybe somehow the majority, as you can see not all (the executioner) of my npcs are being replaced or changed somehow...

Ok now that I've looked more, all npcs have a discoloration of their heads. Female npcs arent as noticable, but Irileth the housecarl in Whiterun is painful to look at. (god knows whats happened to her) If I search for, say, Nazeem in teh console, he has 2 entries. When I spawn them in, one has a normal redguard skin tone and the other has the grey face issue. It's really annoying and kinda ruining the game for me. Worse part is that I dont have mods that change their hair, only mods which change their skin textures and even if theyre not installed I have the issue.

As stated, I'm having the problem that causes vanilla male npcs to have grey faces. I've googled it and it seems there aren't any answers to the multiple threads about this question. Anyone have any tips on how to give them their normal skintones on their faces again? It's not just this save file before anyone asks, as I've tried restarting and there isn't a difference. I haven't perosnally changed any npc faces, and have no mods that affect male skin apart from the porcelain pale vampire skin VTF version, but I dont think thats whats causing the problem because, as stated, its the VTF version which means it shouldn't affect non-vampire npcs. Edit: Really badly worded and my post still seems badly worded but meh

I damn loved Mannimarco's armour in the trailer. http://i.imgur.com/ibRlGiZ.jpg?1 In fact, I'd kill just for my character to look like him :D If anyone has any ideas or presets or texture mods that'd help me get a character as close to him, I'd be much obliged.

I managed to solve the problem temporarily by reloading an earlier save. Now, after some hours of gameplay, and on a completely different day but I think similar in game time, the game is again crashing silently to the desktop. I guess my only choice is to keep selecting and deselecting mods to see whats causing it. :wallbash: Odd though that noone else in the history of Skyrim, from what I know, has had this problem though....

Haha I may be blind not to have seen this before. oh that ^ there's a button in the tool bar for the text box. it's a speech bubble with a quotation symbol in it. then copy paste the text into it.

I use Norton and its the in-game time btw, not the actual time so I dont think its routinely cleaning or scanning everytime :P Thanks for the tip, but I'm still no closer to fixing this despite both of your advice :wacko:

Thanks for the reply, but I've already cleaned the saves. I'll try the enable a few then enable more tactic, but I really doubt thats going to work as I've tried disabling certain mods repeatedly and nothing seems to help... :confused: Those apparently missing files near the top, (well the majority) were results of cleaning the save before anyone asks. Turns out they'yre armour and stuff from a couple of mods i uninstalled days ago. After cleaning, and like a week since, this problem has arisen.

Is this offer still available?

I'd love to see: A Tauriel-esque armour mod, maybe with different colour schemes. A mod that creates the story of a new enemy - a character similar to the dragonborn who rides dragons and is your rival, intent on destroying you and your home, those you love. Maybe they could mirror your character in some way, armour race, gender that kind of thing. If I could mod these would defo be a priority :laugh:

Well, Skyrim seems unable to get past the time of 6 o'clock. This has happened before and I really don't want to have to restart a game again! :wallbash: Basically, nothing of any worry appears in the log, all my mods are clean according to Tes5edit, I'm running a bashed patch this time (last time I didnt so this is unrelated) and LOOT has sorted my load order. Plus, I havent changed any mods in between the time its taken me to pass the last 3 (or more) in-game days. The skyrim save cleaner tool is reporting no unnattached instances etc. Here is my log and load order. If anyone has any ideas to help me I would build a church in their name! :D I'm just wondering, but apparently SoundsOfSkyrim can cause CTDs for some reason. Anyone got any certification on this?

I'm reloading my load order because I think LOOT hasnt really sorted it for me. Anyone got any tips? :blush:
