It's enabled. My other mods work. The weapon and armor ones don't, sadly.

I've been trying to adress this issue for about 6 days now and I can no longer stand looking at an esp file. All the files are in the right places, the setting for data in skyrimprefs is at 1, the mods dont cancel eachother out. I even switched to Mod Organizer from NMM. The mods are compatible with my client, the textures and meshes and .esp-s are in the right places. I tired loading one at a time. New game. Nothing.
