I have noticed a similar thing in the past. I believe it has to do with whatever current weapon and ammunition combo you currently have equipped somehow reflecting on the values of non equipped weapons when viewed in barter or in items screens .I have observed that it does not actually affect the true values of the weapons dam /dps as they will revert to their true value when equipped as the weapon in use. I hope this sheds some light on your situation .

I have the exact same problem , and still no solution for solving it yet. This is getting frustrating , to say the least.

Guns gets used the most I think , but its melee/unarmed that are the most powerful builds. With the right perks an up close fighter can and will destroy any opponent in the game .

I have wondered this as well. But I have come to the conclusion that it is there for the person who likes to role play their character.A function that adds a voice acting opportunity that is otherwise not received.

I don't think Obsidian had anything to do with when or who gets the DLC . Obsidian was contracted to create the game , Bethesda is still the company that owns the rights and handles all the marketing etc. So , unless i am mistaken, it was Bethesda that has the final word on such decisions.

Well , it does become a fully functioning casino, so Devoid of life is a bit off. This happens a few days after you get rid of the deserters.

I'm with ya on that one.I will get DM when it comes out , cause i am a compleatist ,yes its an un-word, But I will be more into it for the level cap raise and new stuff. As a PC player I still think i have a better game experience than consul users. 360 users have Dead money, but I have WME, BOG type 3, WOP etc etc ...and PS 3 well they have ...um ...FO:NV....

Well I have always found the value of prewar money to make sense . The reason for its value as there is no other form of toilet paper in the game. Maybe its my post apocalyptic mind set but what else would a wad of handy, no pun intended , paper be good for well other than kindling maybe . So I would say don't devalue the pre war money , its easier to carry than burnt books ...think of it as the Charmin of the Wastelands.

Hi , what I am looking for is a black re-text of the merc grunt outfit but with a tank style shirt like the female version has but for a male char. I have tried to do it myself but have come to the realization i am hopelessly inept at using the tools required. (I'm a hardware guy ) so if anyone could do this i would be eternally grateful.
