If people are incapable of actually following simple rules, yes. Regardless, the removal of bans isn't something done on the public forums. The fact that you seem to be this upset leads me to believe you have been banned, and are trying to work on a case to shame the staff into removing the ban. At this point any further discussion about this can be done in a pm.

If you got the original version of Skyrim after the release of the remaster, it's not free. If you already had skyrim plus all the dlc, it would have been free, and available in your library
