When updating the game to 1.22 it restores all files which were deleted to fix the 1.21 compiling errors. Try this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1541/? It works as usual, only a few mods in my nexus mod manager were updated to 1.22 and everything still works fine with 1.21 ver.
