    Similar to the OP, having the same error in Vortex 1.3.22 Same IP address. Same port information. Different application (SDV). Because it has worked previously in this version of Vortex, I'm wondering if its something like the SSL Certificate on 185.180.13.131 has recently expired or something similar.
