I just started playing the game, and had the same problem. OBMM and NMM don't seem to install the mod sufficiently (at least in my case, they didn't). No face meant missing files. If you unzip the OMOD package, you'll see Valtierro's .esp file and folders. Manually drop them into your Data folder. I discovered that my game didn't have a file folder for Valtierro (labled with his name) in the Characters folder either for Meshes or Textures. If you transfer the folders manually according to Nell's directions, you should fix the problem.
