No matter what door I use or if I coc myself into the Hall I always ctd. I've already completed the College questline and didn't use to have these problems. I'm using WACCF, Book Covers Skyrim Updated, and Odin among a bunch of other mods but I think these are the most relevant. I attached a picture I took of the cell in the CK and it is filled with missing mesh red exclamation marks. I also have .NET Script Framework and get crash logs every time I crash. I can go into all the other rooms at the college fine even the Midden if I console teleport myself there. I have reinstalled Obscure's mod and all patches I need, I reinstalled WACCF, and Book Covers Skyrim. I even verified my Skyrim files forcing an update to AE and ran the downgrade patcher since I only use SE for my set up of mods. I cleaned all the DLCs and redid my Wyre Bash patch even. I have no idea how this happened or how to fix these missing meshes that just randomly became a problem. On a occasion if I haven't played for a while I might ctd when trying to load a different cell but I learned if I save right before then it's fine, but doing that doesn't help at all in getting into the Elements Hall. On my current save if I use a milestone to try to teleport inside my Arch Mage's Quarters I'll ctd, so I have to fast travel to the college manually but still can't go in the hall. I think I'm not the only one that becomes annoyed that Enthir needs to be near his room before you can barter with him and you have to go through a couple dialogues before you can do so. When first joining the college it's great for immersion and building his character but on a long mage playthrough and with mods that improve the college and have the college mages and people move around the college more it becomes a much bigger pain. I would just like a mod that lets you barter with him anywhere at the college or at the inn whether you only do the college or get him as a fence in the thieves guild. I looked everywhere and the only mod I found was on the steam workshop that only does this if he becomes a fence. I even looked in the CK myself and tried to do it myself but I'm not very experienced in using it. The packages and quests that seem to be attached to this scripting seem vague in how they function and beyond my ability. If anyone ever made a mod for this that would work with Obscure's College of Winterhold that I'm using I would be so eternally grateful.

TLD my game oddly crashes anytime now I'm in a npc town safe setting when I pull an item out of a container such as a end table at an inn, or Anise's cabin after i kill her and made it my starter home in the basement. Or most recently when I was taking some footpads out of a barrel by accident right next to the blacksmith in Riften in the corner. Ok i disabled LAL to try it. But the first time i tried to load the vanilla intro the cart spinning bug happened. I backed out and tried loading a new game again, this time spinning bug and then CTD. I disabled carriage and ferry overhaul thinking that would help, i got all the way through the intro until right as i was hopping off the cart to make my character then instant CTD. Jfc

Ok i fixed every single mod in my load order that was form 43 and made them form 44 and started a brand new save. Beat the ghosts, went outside the prison, talked to a wandering azura pilgrim for two seconds, ctd. Im so lost for words at this point

Oh wow I never thought about that. Do you think Unbound would be better? Or could you point out my other mods changing quests? I had someone on Reddit say I need to check with Wrye Bash to see if my mods are form 43 so I downloaded wrye bash but i have no idea how to find where it says which form my mods are with wrye bash. ugh, i just wanna play the game

I made a post about this back in October here and on Reddit but I realized I posted my mod order and not the plugin order. I use Mod Organizer 2 and I have been having hell trying to get my game to work without the random ctd i keep getting while in game. It usually occurs when in combat but it also occurred when I was just trying to pickpocket npc's, most recently a random farmer out in the wilderness right outside Fort Amol after i left the abandoned prison with the Alternate Start Live another Life Mod and fought and killed all the ghosts inside the prison with no issue. I have been playing for many years and have rarely gotten my game to be stable and have tried a lot. I use Loot, tes5edit and Fnis along with MO2 all installed the way they should be within the MO2 launcher. I have always had trouble keeping my Skyrim game stable ever since i got a pc years ago to mod it. I use to be able to play for a long time even having a level 80 character at one point. But now i have a new pc and im trying to set up a new playthrough and it just. keeps. crashing. I usually don't make posts anywhere for help but I just want to play the damn game. I use Mod Organizer 2 and Im trying to play Skyrim Special Edition, I use Loot and SSEdit and have cleaned my mods and master files, I kept all my old mods from my old pc and transfered them onto the new hard drive to use in this one. I already went through and made sure I wasn't accidently using Oldrim mods and I think all these should be SSE mods. I tried disabling the Touchscreen service thing because Im on Windows 10 now, i tried changing the borderless ini to false because I heard that might help. I even tried disabling a couple mods that mod organizer said where the wrong versions or needed to be updated. But it doesn't help. I even went looking for the save cleaner and other obscure tools but I couldn't find them so i assume they are just for Oldrim. Im on a level 1 character using alternate start. I CTD randomly, walking around people at a random time, crash. Try to go through a load door into Embershard mine next to guardian stones, crash. Its so random and I have no idea how to figure out what is causing it. Ill leave my load order but if anyone wants to see screenshots of my mod organizer or my hardware info then tell me and ill add them.
