what is the scripting command to pause scripting for a few seconds before going to next line of script

I have been experimenting with mapping and i have run into a small strange problem that i cant seem to solve on my own. I have my map all built up and everything and i can place any miscellanious items that i want on the map with no problem but when i place and npc on the map the fall through the floor and wont stop falling. i placed them right on the floor and they fall i place them a little higher than the floor and they fall. can someone out there help me out with this little problem.

not very funny but interesting to me i dont know what happened but this is a first for me. i got dogmeat and usually he get killed very easily. i wandered around the wastes with this dog following me and then i see a death claw at the bottom of the canyon. i pull my sniper rifle and start shooting it the next thing i see in my scope was dogmeat attacking the thing. i jump off the cliff to save him taking a decent amount of damage and when i get to where i saw the death claw dogmeat had already killed him and had taken only a little bit of damage barely registering on his heath bar. so i decided to test him out i went to where you find the alien blaster and pick it up save the game my game is in normal difficulty at this time and i start shooting him. i shot him about 20 times and he only lost half health and then in 4 bites he kills me. so i reload and switch the difficulty to very easy but it was the same result except that it took only 15 shots to get his health down half way. and only 1 bite to kill me this time. This is by far the best dog i have ever had. my character is now level 30 and almost never fires a shot.

ahh ok i though the full version was out i knew they were outside beta testing. well ne way ive done some research and from some of the reports that i have read from beta testers i quote one "its like vista with a name change and a few extras." so far i havnt heard anything positive (aside from corporations that are in microsofts pocket) but im not one of those people who would snub their noses based on opinion so i guess ill just have to try it out and make up my own mind then.

i dont know why but i am kind of partial to anvil just because the castle in my opinion has better loot :thumbsup:

i didnt know windows 7 was out yet, im going to have to reasearch peoples responses to it

if its a memory issue then ctrl+alt+del and close unnecessary programs before loading your game but if its a virtual memory problem then your only hope is upgrading your video card. but what you can also do is STOP USING VISTA if you are vista screws with a whole bunch of games and i know most people are just stuck with vista because linix just doesnt play windows games that well and since they discontinued windows xp witch makes things that much more difficult. so if you are running vista and also are wanting to run games then here is my suggestions if you are a gamer. never run vista with anything less than 3 gigs of ram if you just run vista because its pretty and dont want it to do anything then 512 megs of ram are good enough. but i said this to my brother and all my friends who are getting new computers never run vista with anything less than 2 gigs or you are in a world of trouble. sorry about my little rant, but the main thing is close out other programs then run your game and maybe that could help and also if its a video issue then you might want to think about investing 100 or so dollars into a 512mb video card or just go all out and invest 300 dollars on a 1gb video card or better yet $600 and get 2 1gb video cards and piggyback them.

there were several things that hours of non stop playing and having absolutely no life you can find while exploring some tunnels not sure where the game failed to load a few walls that blocks you from going in to the nothingness of the game. curiously i explore it looking at it shooting it a few times then saved my game and proceeded to walk backwards through the abyss. my character starts falling then somehow he passes the same place that i was just at not once but 3 times picking up speed every time then the game drops me on to the ground of the tunnel and it kills me instantly. another one was right after i got the bloody mess perk. i was in a massive fire fight between me super mutants and talon company mercs. i was killing them left and right the fight took about 10 minutes to finish (massive amount spawned in that particular area.) when it was all done and i was looting i saw something that just wasnt right. there was a head with eyes and two arms floating in the air with the flesh stripped off of it. just staring at me grinning. and then one of my first weapons i created and sucessfully added to the map. it had the ability to paralyze anything you shot. well i just thought it would just temporary freeze animation and leave the creature still standing. but when someone was running at me and i pulled that weapon i shot the guy and it reminded me of that video i saw of the fainting goats. the guy just siezed up and shook as he fell to the ground. (on a related note some people when shot with that weapon had a tendency to melt into a mutated pile of skin.) and still my favorite is the yao guai that i killed when it was in full sprint after me and the thing flips over my head over the top of a hill and did cartwheels all the way down the hill.

This has to be my favorite character i have ever made. probably because of the sword i found in some location that i cant remember where. not very strong but there is just something almost gratifying knowing that every enemy you kill will be trapped until i shove him inside one of my weapons. my current character (just started playing this game not 2 weeks ago) is level 25 and he currently has 200k from stealing murdering and raiding towns. that is after i bought every house that i could buy and all the upgrades for them.

never played spore but the worst game i saw would have to be aquaman one of my friends showed me that game and i have to say there is no bigger waste of time energy brainpower and money. from what i saw there was no point to the game not even a main story line all you do is swim around fight something swim some more fight some more etc... the only thing i liked about that game was that it made a good target to shoot at.

im 22 and ill be 23 in april
