First of all thanks for the help! :D I thought that it would be better if I would use 2 Bug fix mods so they could fix things the other did not fix. Second of all I fixed it thanks for calling that out im now using EXE Yes I did apply the 4GB patcher. Also corrected now using ILO Yes I did use the Vortex Archive Invalidation that comes with it. but the problem is still there...

I played New vegas and i came across the first Legion encounter turns out that almost everyone had no body with Floating heads with one guy who was a big exclamation mark. https://gyazo.com/315dcdfe964365628f01ab03e1426aee heres the photo to proof. I also uploaded every Mod that I have Installed and im just confused on why the legions dont have their Bodies.
