Hey there all, I am just wondering if there is a way for a user to try to convert .esp's to .esl's without having to wait for the mod author of (mod name here) to do it. I am at the 255 limit and really want to add more to my game.

So more or less my idea is based around the flares used in the new Mad Max Movie. I feel like the need to be just as 'lazy' as they are in the movie (in terms of speed) and to be as vibrant. It would be nice for a settlement to come under attack or have the player running to one that is under attack and see the 'flares' rising into the sky and bursting with the color that he or she chooses. https://youtu.be/YWNWi-ZWL3c?t=15s

The title says it all, After seeing the trailer and concept art (via Google) for Far Harbor, I would like to propose a mod that would add the aforementioned clothing into the game. Of course it would not a variant or two, and an appropriate head-wear, but since this is Fallout is was wondering if someone could make a pith helmet with a goggles on and off version as well and possibly a color coordinated kepi hat. The main overall point to this clothing set will be that I will start (once far harbor is out) a full faction mod based around this new set of clothing. I would really appreciate someone's generosity in regards to this and feel that if Far Harbor doesn't have enough flavor after release day (I'm doing it anyway) all it needs is a bunch of schmucks running around in really loose-era clothing thinking they are part of the British Empire re-establishing a colony. Thanks to whoever reads this, ideas and of course the clothing would be a real help. Well the topic title/description says it all. I am currently working on a mini-quest and I for the life of me cannot recall how to makes actors "spawn in" in a certain useable objects ( chairs/beds/shackles). For the sake of being more through I would like to have a thalmor justicar ( custom faction//ai I made ) spawn in shackles since he is a prisoner of the Storm-cloaks.

I did the double clicking and it worked kinda. I just loaded up vault 34 and only 30% of it loads. Now I see floating NPC's and decor. O well. I hope they patch it. I found a partial solution about editing room markers to -50 for the y axis so that is a temp fix. -
So I have been working on a mod for New Vegas for quite some time now. I am almost done with the Wasteland changes and wanted to begin interior changes. I ran into a problem everytime I load up an interior it just shows like a light brown/grayish screen where the render window is. Does anyone know a solution to this problem at all?
