As you probably guessed I get Render Creation Error whenever I try to run Morrowind in windowed. It works fine on full screen though. I have no mods installed other than MGE XE 0.9.10 and XE Sky Variations that comes with MGE. Also my graphical card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. I've tried: - Running MW as an administrator - Changing native resolutions using regex - Trying different resolutions UPDATE: Alright, it seems it was an issue with MGE itself. Windowed Morrowind worked after deleting it. What could cause that though?

As a matter of fact I just did. Its either racemenu mod or one of the bodypaints mods that rely on it. I will need to experiment a bit more, but disabling former solved the issue.

Hi there, there's that little graphic glitch that shows up whenever I turn on 3rd person. Basically in the area around PC's head there are what I think are darkened polygons of varying size (As seen in the photo below, but often worse). Notably I don't use ENB and also I play in windowed 1200x800 mode. Does anyone know what might be causing it? Example: Here's a load order if you need it:

UPDATE: For experiments sake I have removed every single of roughly 7000 scripts from my save file. While it has messed few stuff it was pretty much playable and saveable. Of course its not perfect because of for example Tolfdir handing me again Arch-Mage robes. I will keep experimenting.

Thanks for answering Gromulos! I know that all previous mods persist on Oldrims save data to some degree ,but would it perhaps help if I were to make a new Oldrim save with all the unavailable mods uninstalled?

Hello there! I've been struggling with this bug 2 days from now on ,and I can't seem to find any help online. TL;DR Heavily modded Oldrim save works perfectly fine on modded SSE, but crashes when trying to save. Long descryption Recently I have finally decided to move my heavily modded Oldrim save into SE. I have downloaded as many equivalent SE mods as possible and checked whether they all worked together with a separate character. I prepared a separate savefile set outside of modded spaces, cleaned it with Save game script cleaner and thrown it into SSE save folder. Then started Skyrim, and everything seemingly worked. Of course some stuff like Apocalypse Spells didn't transfer over ,but most stuff stayed in place and looked fine and dandy. That is until I have attempted to save the game so that transfer is finished. Game promptly crashed me to the desktop. Did any of you encounter something similar? Should I perhaps make a Oldrim save with unnecessary mods uninstalled? Am I retarded and should play vanilla for the rest of my life? I have similar problem, but instead after loading page freezes completely and won't unfreeze after 10 seconds. In fact it won't unfreeze at all. When I'm using my other PC everything works fine.

Alright, thank you for your support UPDATE: I have decided to test game by unticking off plugins starting from the bottom and I found the culprit. It was Immersive Patrols. Thread can be closed now.

Always mods unticked? Also after ticking off everything (except official addons) game crashes after loading save file.

Small update on my side: I made Bashed Patch and Merged Patch, problem persists. I think I will read some more troubleshooting guide and S.T.E.P. wiki

Good day! (Small warning: Bad English might be lurking in this post) Since 2 days ago I'm struggling with constant game crashes. Its weird as they only happen when I move away from the spot I have saved on. Everything works perfectly fine before I move, ergo runs smoothly and everything around looks normal. To track down the issue I tried looking into game script logs but they don't show anything at they time of the ctd. The game is heavily modded yet worked (almost) perfectly fine until that moment. Recently I have used Save Game Script Cleaner in order to try make game run with less crashing and it worked fine until I have entered the canyon east of Helgen.
