Oh wow, I see! Yeah, my computer handles Ultra extremely well, so I know that it isn't that, but when I loaded her up in game, she didn't even have the elfish ears or anything. :\

He just posted up a standalone version, so would that fix the problem as well considering I use CBBE and do not want to change over to UNPB?

Hey everyone, I tried a mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36103/?) where the character looked nothing like the picture shown on the mod's picture bit once I got into game and I didn't see any fixes in the comments or anything, so I would really love someone to remake her for me. I tried doing it myself with the CK creation kit but I have had next to no luck. :\ EDIT: Thanks for the info guys!
