Well... what is the base_id for the player?

Hey everyone... I have a small random question. I remember that in Oblivion, there was a console command that would clone any character (including the player)... I think it was "createfullactorcopy." This doesn't seem to work in Fallout 3... does anyone know if there is a command that does the same thing? Thanks :)
