Maybe not related to pain issues, but I think it's the most appropriate thread for my suggestions: 1) Please, add the page numbers navigation also on top of the search/browse page to reduce constant scrolling up and down to navigate between the pages. 2) Titles in the search window could use text wrapping so they could be entirely visible instead. It's very inconvenient in the current state. 3) I hope for a more compact option of the layout - you've said you're considering it, so fingers crossed.

Despite hundreds of comments from people frustrated / disappointed about what you did with the site, we have to face the fact - Nexus staff worked on it for some time and won't throw weeks of work into a trash bin. Unfortunately, because (I am not original here) the new layout is terrible. Everything is too big, there's too much scrolling, it loads slower than the old one. Nevertheless, we can all complain, curse on the devs, cry, show them our disrespect, but they won't do anything about it and we'll have to get used to it. So, dear developers, since we're stuck with this tragedy, can you at least add navigation bars to switch the pages also at the top of the mod list, not only at the bottom? Maybe the bearings of our mouserolls won't wear out so quickly.

1) Tracked Content Updates removed from the game page to the main with combined reports is a great loss. I prefer to track my games separately. I'm playing a few, but I'm modding only one of them and only for this particular one I need to check the updates daily. 2) Layout is too big. With the old one we had to use mouse scroll too often already, now it's much worse. 3) I don't give a damn about collections. There should be an option to disable this section. 4) Search menu in a big pop-up window instead of the compacted one is useful if you want to switch to the next page. But if you only want to look for something while managing/commenting on the page you're on (f.e. find and copy the link for the particular mod) it only irritiates. Generally it's more a visual than quality of life change. And the latter should always come first.

My East Empire Expansion patches are a part of bigger patch collections (for JK's Solitude Outskirts, JK's Interiors, RedBag's Falkreath, COTN Falkreath) constituting only approximately half a percent of all the files provided in the particular collection (each contains from 80 to over 500 different patches). I don't think we could treat this as an advertisement of this Verified Creation, but with current rules, I still have to remove them. The only person who loses in this case is the user, not me or the author of the VC, but I don't have the time and willingness to argue about it further. I will gradually remove these patches with the next update of each collection.

Yeah, got it. Let me tell you how this all looks from my perspective. I patched a few mods with East Empire Expansion. No one forced me to do this. No one paid me to do this. No one asked me to do this. I did it because I wanted to. I did it because this VC is interesting. And I wanted to share it with other Nexus users. A few years ago we had a similar discussion regarding CC content. Because it was paid as well. I had some of them (then all of them when AE came out) and I patched them as well. Today we have a situation when patching Elianora's Myrwatch is good, because it's the "official" DLC, but patching Elianora's Shadetree Lodge is bad because it's VC. I assume she received/receives payment for both. And when after few years Todd decide to make some additional money, he'll release Skyrim Ultimate Edition with all VCs included making them "official DLCs". Then patching them will become valid again because they won't be paid mods anymore... See you around people, I'm leaving the discussion. I don't think Nexus will change this policy, we need to adapt. So, instead of wasting time on further reading/commenting, I will spare it to make some new patches. For free mods this time.

The VC rules from Beth's page state that "Creations must be standalone, so it cannot depend on other community releases, free or paid." But I won't argue with you, Arthmoor. You have much more experience in the matter. Apparently, the official statement is misleading. But I understand you can publish the patches as free mods, not the Verified Creations.

They can't provide any patches due to Bethesda Verified Creations rules.

I don't want to be involved with other sites. I am a member of the Nexus modding community and I treat Nexus as the only reliable place for hosting my mods.

You made me sad with the patches. I already made a few of them (they are very tiny parts of bigger patch hubs), spent some time making them right, with good quality and compatibility with other patches I'm creating. Shame it has to go to the dumpster now and all the effort is wasted.

Hell, still can't start my game. F4SE, ENB presets and Place Everywhere updated, Spring Cleaning disabled and nothing. I can't find the cause of this bloody problem... Update The problem was Transfer Settlements mod. Must wait for new version...
