It has nothing to do with FOOK2. It is caused by Fallout 3 hard coding. If you modify the armor the raiders wear with mods then the random Form ID generated by Fallout 3 in re spawnable areas will sometimes show up naked or in underweear and sometimes without any equipment. B 8)

Hi all I hope I can get some help here. This is very frustrating after slowly building my character up to the stage I am on I cannot get to the Presidential Metro in Broken Steel as I get stuck in a pile of debri as I enter the manhole from Penn Ave. I have tried using tcl but I still cannot move. I also tried to enter from the other door where the mini nukes are using tcl to get there but the same thing happens on that end as well. I am stuck at the bottom of the ladder and can still click on it to get out but cannot enter the utility itself. I was able to enter when I played through the vanilla version and have since installed FOOK2, MMM and Fellout with all the required plug ins and fixes along with all the DLC fixes as well. I use FOMM, FOSE. Archive (you know what) and FO3Edit with a merged patch and master update. I put many hours into getting my game to run smoothly with minimal crashes so this is very disappointing I played with the load order to no avail so if anyone has some ideas I would love to hear them. In the mean time I will try do Zeta.
