Main Quest CTD Issues

I'm having problems with the main questline quests causing ctds. When I first started my new character I had to save scum (take a few steps, save, take a few steps, save, etc) my way through the outdoor sequences in Helgen, but I eventually made it through the opening. The game played just fine from Riverwood all the way up to Talking to the jarl in Whiterun. Once I got to the event where the dragon attacks the watchtower, the game started to ctd again once I was outside of Whiterun. Once again, save scumming eventually got me through that quest. I've since lvled the character to 40 completing the mage's guild and a slew of other content including the main quest up to the point where you have to get Esbern back to Riverwood, all without a single ctd. Now I'm at the point where you have to go to Skycaller temple, but whenever I get anywhere near Karthspire, the game ctds. The closest I've been able to get to Karthspire Is Old Hroldan when coming from the southeast, Soljund's Sinkhole when coming from the east, and Reachwater Rock when coming from the southwest.

 

I've used both BOSS and TES5edit to clean my mods and set my load order. I've tried reinstalling and verifying game cache multiple times. I've tried disabling my mods one by one to see if they were the cause. I've even started new characters and run into the same problems in the opening sequence in Helgen. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Can you post: Game info--patch, game settings, any changes to .ini or prefs.ini, with steam in online or offline, connected to Steam Sync or Steam community while playing.

Computer specs, especially Motherboard info, CPU, RAM, Graphics Card, VRAM, Graphics driver version,

Also if you have made changes to graphics settings via your driver control panel, are overclocking, etc.
