mariotx
So I have some probs with skyrim I have I installed more than a few mods but not too many and skyrim is actiong up. E.x the shadows are wierd they flicker and when I move the camera or the npcs I can see a grey outlines of npc's the loading screens take forever to load if they load at all and I have to press ctrl+alt+delete and wait for sometime to actualy get in the game and the fps are way lower then they are supposed to be. I play on the laptop and I use 2-3 performance boost mods and skyrim could run better before. So should I just start disabling mods or could something else be the problem? Georgiegril
It sounds like you are trying to push your video card beyond its capacity.Try turning down graphics settings and texture/lighting/fx mods, and if you've increased resolution, LOD distance, ugrid, etc. in your prefs ini you may want to scale them back down. Other than that, people will probably need to see your BOSS log, Computer specs and game version/settings to give you any targeted help.
