TheWatchman Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 For some reason my game suddenly become becomes crash-happy after saving Kvatch and convincing Martin to come with you to Weynon Priory. Fast traveling causes me to crash regardless of where I go. While manually travelling to the priory doesn't fair much better either, I usually crash just as Martin, Jauffre and me are leaving for Cloud Ruler Temple. With an older saves prior to heading to Kvatch, I could fast travel and move around the Priory just fine. I've already tried doing the main quest with older saves but I end up crashing again after Kvatch. Hickory Posted May 25, 2013 Share Posted May 25, 2013 In Oblivion, fast traveling with Martin/Jauffre is fraught with bugs. Also, having 'Save on wait/travel...' etc. enabled can/will also cause corruption in save games. So, two pieces of advice: turn off all 'Save on...' options, and never fast travel with Martin/Jauffre in the party. Hopefully you have a save prior to doing this.
