Download Speed Issue

Hola!

 

Few month ago, i'm download mod for skyrim and i not have a problem with the download speed (Free Version). And now, I downloading few mod for Fallout 4 and i've trouble with the download speed. When i downloaded mod for skyrim, the internet speed up to 2Mb/s which is the max speed for free version. And now when i trying to download mod for Fallout, the download speed only around 20 - 50 Kb/s. i try download some file from google drive and i got 4Mb/s. can somebody help?
