Vortex missing modinstalleripc.exe

Whenever I try to install a mod it tells me that modinstalleripc.exe doesn't exist.

Pretty sure this is caused by your Anti-Virus quarantining the file during installation. Can you try disabling your AV during the Vortex installation?

Before that, maybe check if the AV logged anything or notified about it quarantining files. If not, might I suggest getting a better AV?

I did what you suggested. It still shows that it does not exist.

Hey I'm having this same problem, I've reinstalled vortex about 8 times now and Have shut my antivirus off as well. is there anything else I could do to fix it?
