When I enter the second area of Fort Detrick I get a CTD no matter what, so I guess AWOP is the problem here or something else disturbs it but I have no idea what could it be. Any lead?

you load order is set by boss? if not use it http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193/ imo you have a little mistake on your list, another thing is blackened you must deselect it when create a merge patch and must placed after it on load order:

Did a whole new installation of everything from scratch, I also followed your suggestions. Game is pretty stable right now(not a single problem with AWOP till now) and I only get a random CTD once in a period of like 4-5hours of playing which I guess is acceptable. Thanks Nino
