[Mod Request] Lady D's Flip Flops prank

I want to prank a friend by mildly modding the sound.

And by that, I mean I want to replace the sound of Lady D's High Heels with the sound of Flip Flops. Nice, crisp sounding, and distinct enough so there's no mistaking it. Doesn't have to be absurdly loud, just loud and clear enough so there's no mistaken what's going on.
