LE Blood spray: When you're out of magicka.

I just thought of a backup weapon for mages: a spray of blood you can use to attack the enemy when you're out of magicka. Of course, it would cost some health, but by the time you have the spell, you would have a lot of health to spare, right? Besides, that's not some magical fire/ice/lightning or anything: that's your own blood that you're using, so magic resistance goes right out of the window.
