I've gotten the unsheathe and attacking lines to work properly. Problem is I have about 20 lines of Idling dialogue that just won't work! I'm going to try and get all the sounds to work correctly before I let you test it out. Also I'm using iron sword model as a placeholder for now. I can't mesh for the life of me so if you can find a modder resource, or you just happen to have a nice custom sword model lying around, lmk! He puts out a lot of beautifully made swords and this sword is actually based on the original Lilarcor so... fitting! Its not complete because again I have yet to figure out how to get the sword to talk while you are simply walking around while wielding it. But Lilarcor does talk when you unsheathe him and attack with him. He doesn't talk ALL the time (thank God) but about 50% of the time, he'll say something ridiculous. Its a big file, about 64mb but thats because of all the sound files that are included. I have a BSA VERSION and a LOOSE FILE VERSION, choose whichever one you prefer, I would personally go with the BSA because the loose files are a bit messy for uninstall. The reason its on mediafire and not nexus yet is because, like I said, this is just for testing purposes as I feel the sword is not yet ready for a full release. So please test it out if you have the chance. Its a pretty fun sword to use, I slaughtered the entire city of Markarth about 6 times while testing it and, believe me, it doesn't get old lmao. You'll need to acquire it via console for now, because I have not set up crafting for it yet, nor have I included it in the world space. So just type in: help "lilarcor" 4 into the console and then it'll give you the item code for it and then type player.additem ITEMCODEGOESHERE 1 So hope you enjoy it! Use the OnEquip() event coupled with an update cycle, a check to see if it is still equipped and a random # generation. Depending upon the # it would either be silent or play a sound file. Because in the sounds section there is a sound slot for "idling sound" (like how some weapons have glowing sounds) So i just shoved all the audio files in there and it doesn't work :\ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
