would this be a good gaming pc for skyrim and new bf4 on ultra and

for skyrim on ultra

 

i want to run the hd texture pack with pineapple vision and other mods such as cold and wet, immersion mods and stuff as well as some lore friendly armours

Remarkably similar to my setup :teehee:, except i have 2 7950's and 8gb ddr3 at 1833mhz.

 

I figured i would out do him.

Is that a prebuilt PC or a custom? Skyrim uses a lot of CPU, so an Intel I5 or I7 would get you better performance. You could get an I5 3570k. Also with an Intel Z77 motherboard, you can do smart caching, and use your SSD to boost the speed of your HDD. Basically your most used programs get cached on the SSD, which would be your OS + your most played games.

Nahh not true in this case, AMd is the way to go, especially when AMD has the console market in its pocket, so only things can get better, better drivers and support for amd.

Intel can't compete against that.
