fnv crash on startup or perk choice

i've been modding fnv for awhile,
however, my game now either ctd when i load a save, but half of the time, meaning, it'll crash once, but if i boot the game and load it again, it will work
but then the other issue, which grinds my gear a lot, is when i level up, it will ctd when confirming the perk choice

It is quit possible you have exceeded the plugin limit. Try removing the unused plugins, since they are counted against the limit and are loaded into memory when you start the game.

for now, i'm starting over, slowly reinstalling mods, one by one, to see which could be the problem

I figured it out! It's Folsoms Carbine. The Mod author even confirmed he messed up with leveled lists.
